Conditions and useful information
In the event of cancellation by The Tenant any sums paid are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation, Farmhouses & Villas will endeavour to re-let the property, and if successful, will refund all sums paid less any expenses incurred in re-letting.
Farmhouses & Villas reserve the right to cancel bookings for the property if, through circumstances beyond its control, the property becomes unsuitable or unavailable for rental. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, Farmhouses & Villas will reimburse all sums received from the tenant.
|Payment Procedure||A deposit of one third is payable on booking, the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Payment can be by cheque or direct bank transfer in pounds sterling or Euros.
When the balance payment is due, we will ask for a damage/telephone deposit - this varies according to each property and all details will be on the booking form. A Housekeeping/Cleaning contribution is payable at the end of your stay, again this will be detailed in the booking contract.

Your Tarn holiday rental includes :
- bed linen
- pool maintenance from May to September
- welcome pack of locally produced fare and some basic food items will greet you on your arrival
- a shopping and restaurant guide with our own reviews
Possible extra costs
- Cots and high-chairs can normally be made available for a small rental charge
- A charge for heating will be made in the cooler months and for longer winter lets all household bills must be covered in addition to the agreed rent.
- Special rates will be charged for Christmas and New Year weeks, please contact us for details
- With some of our larger properties, there is a mandatory mid-term clean which will be at the tenant's expense (please ask us for details)
